It can often be a stressful life event but they made the process feel so easy. They were extremely knowledgeable in terms of market trends, listened to our wants and needs and were reliable and available whenever we needed help! They felt like family and my family felt so cared for. I cannot recommend them enough! We absolutely love our new home and couldn’t imagine a better outcome from the sale of our previous home.

They were so helpful from the start and throughout the entire process - providing great insights into the housing market and advice on how to approach the sale, answering all our questions along the way, helping us to prioritize minor house projects and staging to prepare our house to go on the market (and connecting us with resources that they recommended for some of this work, who also did a great job). We ended up selling our home right away (within a weekend) and for a higher price than we initially thought we would be able to sell for - couldn’t have asked for a better result! We haven’t been overly impressed by past realtors we’ve worked with and our experience with Kristi and Garrett showed us what it’s like to work with a realtor you enjoy working with, have confidence in and trust that they have your best interest at heart. We met Kristi by chance at a open house. At the time we were thinking of moving from our house of 40 plus years into a townhouse. I was in the hospital out of state when Kristi sent a listing. It had everything we were looking for. However, we could not view it in person. We asked Kristi to put in a offer for us. She went through the townhome and sent us the pluses and minuses. Sent us her video and worked as a advocate for us. The offer was accepted and is now our present house. After this house was purchased we still had to sell our house of 40 plus years. It was put on the market and sold in about two weeks. Both Kristi and Garrett went above and beyond. Garrett was kind enough to do some maintenance that needed to be done. Kristi opened and closed the house numerous times. In closing, both Kristi and Garrett are kind and genuine people. This process started in the spring and ended in September. Kristi was more then patient with us. They are not pushy or over bearing. I saw this as one of their finer traits. Especially after dealing with brokers who would call every day and were very pushy. They are very competent and more importantly good people!
